Your consultation will consist of two visits to the office. The first visit is designed for Dr. Jodi to analyze the different stresses that your body has undergone, and the depth of your subluxations. She does this through a thorough Health History Assessment (please download and complete form here), a detailed spinal and postural exam, and movement analysis. This visit usually lasts 45 minutes. That night Dr. Jodi will assess all of your information, and prepare a plan of care specifically for you.
On your second visit Dr. Jodi will give you a report of her findings, and present her plan of care to you. You will then receive your first LightSource Adjustment. Your second visit will last approximately 25 minutes.
Your Initial Consultation fee also includes an invitation to our monthly "Journey to Wellness" Class (a $75.00 value). Please schedule this on your first visit.
Your Initial Consultation is an out-of-pocket responsibility of $145.00. Should you need a receipt for your insurance company, we will be happy to provide you with one.
* Please note, because it is so important to us that families get adjusted together, we offer your entire family a complimentary initial consultation during your first week as a member of the practice.
